Trading Risk Disclosure

Trading and digital assets involve substantial risk. Review these risks before using any market tool, exchange, scanner alert, indicator, coaching example, or community result.

High-risk activity: Crypto and leveraged trading can result in rapid and total loss. With some products, losses, fees, or liabilities may exceed the amount initially committed.

1. No financial or investment advice

All content is general education and market analysis. Scanner alerts, grades, scores, dashboards, indicators, videos, streams, levels, entries, targets, invalidations, and commentary are not individualized advice or instructions to trade.

2. Volatility and loss of capital

Digital assets can move sharply, trade continuously, gap across levels, and react to news, liquidity, regulation, market manipulation, or technical events. You can lose some or all capital. A planned stop price does not guarantee execution at that price.

3. Leverage, liquidation, and derivatives

Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. Small price changes may trigger liquidation, forced reduction, margin calls, funding costs, or loss beyond expectations. High leverage can eliminate an account before a market thesis has time to develop.

4. Liquidity, slippage, and execution

Orders may fill partially, late, at a worse price, or not at all. Thin books, volatility, outages, latency, order type, position size, and exchange rules can materially change results. Backtests, chart drawings, and theoretical risk/reward do not reproduce real execution.

5. Exchange, custody, and counterparty risk

Exchanges and custodians can experience insolvency, hacks, freezes, withdrawal delays, delistings, maintenance, account restrictions, regulatory action, or loss of assets. The Liquidity Citadel does not hold customer funds, execute trades, or control third-party platforms.

6. Data, scanner, indicator, and model risk

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, inconsistent, or wrong. Scanner alerts and indicators are rule-based tools that can produce false positives, miss moves, repaint where the underlying platform allows it, or fail during outages and API changes. A score or grade is not a probability of profit and is never an automatic entry.

7. Technical and cybersecurity risk

Internet failure, browser issues, software defects, API interruptions, device compromise, phishing, malware, and unauthorized access can affect trading and site use. Protect credentials, enable available security controls, and never share seed phrases or private keys.

8. Regulatory and tax risk

Digital-asset laws, exchange availability, reporting duties, and tax treatment vary by location and can change. You are responsible for legal eligibility, records, taxes, and professional advice appropriate to your circumstances.

9. Results and testimonials disclaimer

Testimonials, community wins, challenge results, scanner case studies, closed-alert summaries, stream recaps, and PnL screenshots reflect individual or self-reported experiences. They may not show fees, funding, slippage, taxes, deposits, withdrawals, open risk, leverage, account history, or losing trades. They are not typicality claims, audited performance, or guarantees.

Past performance—whether actual, simulated, backtested, hypothetical, or selected for education—does not predict future results. Your experience will depend on capital, risk, timing, execution, discipline, market conditions, platform rules, and many other factors.

10. Educational simulations and examples

Illustrative entries, position-size examples, risk/reward calculations, and hypothetical accounts are teaching devices. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations and do not include every factor that affects live trading.

11. Risk-management reminders

  • Use only risk capital—never essential living funds or borrowed money.
  • Define maximum loss, invalidation, position size, and leverage before entering.
  • Independently confirm data and platform rules.
  • Do not assume a scanner alert, stream comment, or community message requires action.
  • Consider advice from qualified financial, legal, and tax professionals.

12. User acknowledgment

By using the Services, you acknowledge that trading is speculative, outcomes are uncertain, tools can fail, and you alone are responsible for whether and how to trade.
