1. Scope of coaching
Coaching is educational and may cover market structure, scanner interpretation, trade planning, risk frameworks, execution review, journaling, and trading psychology. Coaching does not include managed trading, custody, account access, guaranteed signals, personalized investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice.
2. Applications and acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, a particular package, price, start date, or indicator access. Applications may be declined or redirected to another resource based on fit, availability, conduct, jurisdiction, or program requirements.
3. Scheduling and attendance
Unless a specific written offer says otherwise:
- A coaching session may be rescheduled one time when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
- A cancellation made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time may receive a reschedule or service credit rather than a cash refund.
- Late cancellations, missed sessions, or arrival too late to complete a meaningful session may be treated as used and forfeited.
- If The Liquidity Citadel cancels and cannot reasonably reschedule, the affected session will be refunded or credited.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices, payment timing, included sessions, access duration, and deliverables are disclosed before purchase. Except where required by law or a specific written offer says otherwise, completed coaching sessions are non-refundable. Unused sessions may expire according to the written package terms.
5. Digital products and indicator packages
Digital products include indicators, scripts, templates, dashboards, files, educational materials, access codes, and related support. Because access can be delivered immediately and copied or consumed, digital-product and indicator-access payments are generally final after delivery or activation, except for duplicate charges, an uncured technical failure that prevents promised access, provider cancellation, or rights required by law.
6. Indicator license
Indicator access is a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license. Unless written permission states otherwise, you may use it only on your own authorized account for personal analysis.
You may not
- Share, sell, sublicense, rent, publish, or transfer indicator access or invite-only links.
- Copy, extract, reproduce, decompile, reverse engineer, or create a derivative of protected code or logic.
- Use the indicator to operate a public signal service, paid group, commercial product, or competing tool.
- Remove branding, access controls, notices, or attribution.
7. Access duration, updates, and compatibility
Access duration is defined by the package, membership, exchange-supported requirement, or written approval. Platforms, APIs, charting software, and browser behavior can change. Updates, compatibility, new features, or perpetual availability are not guaranteed unless explicitly included in writing.
8. Support
Reasonable setup and usage support may be provided through designated channels. Support does not include controlling a user’s device or account, guaranteeing a trade result, rewriting third-party platforms, or providing continuous one-on-one availability.
9. User preparation and conduct
Users should arrive prepared, respectful, and ready to participate. Harassment, threats, fraud, sharing private material, impersonation, abusive chargebacks, access circumvention, or repeated disruption may result in removal without continued access.
10. Access revocation
Access may be suspended or revoked for nonpayment, credential sharing, redistribution, abuse, violation of community rules, loss of qualifying access, unlawful use, or material breach of these policies. Revocation for breach does not create an automatic refund.
11. No results guarantee
Payment buys education, time, access, or a license—not profit. Coaching and indicators cannot eliminate risk, prevent mistakes, or guarantee consistency, account growth, funded-account approval, challenge completion, or any trading result. See the Results and Testimonials Disclaimer.
12. Charge concerns
If a charge appears incorrect, contact the official Liquidity Citadel support channel first so duplicate charges, access failures, or scheduling records can be reviewed. This does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
